Bravo Zulu LLC announces merger with BrandExtract LLC.
Combined Company to Offer Expanded Array of Brand-building Services.

The combination of BrandExtract and Bravo Zulu will provide customers a more complete and powerful set of solutions for creating, managing, and delivering compelling, brand-building content across a variety of media. Together, the two companies will meet a wider set of customer needs and have a significantly greater opportunity to realize even greater value for their clientele.

In the combined company, Fisher will continue as president and chief executive officer. Bo Bothe will remain vice president and chief creative officer. Malcolm Wolter of Bravo Zulu, will join BrandExtract as Director of Interactive Services. Bravo Zulu's Donovan Buck, will join BrandExtract as Director of Technology. Greg Weir of Bravo Zulu will be Director of Client Management. All three Bravo Zulu principles are made minor partners in BrandExtract under the terms of the agreement, the details of which were undisclosed.
Bravo Zulu has been providing innovative interactive solutions to a wide array of industries since 1997. The firm's user-centered approach to design has garnered measurable results for clients, as well as awards from such diverse organizations as the Art Director's Club of Houston, the Marketing Association of California, and the Web Marketing Association. The company is also the developer of the SAM TM (Site Authoring and Maintenance) tool, which empowers non-technical, marketing communications personnel to take charge of their own corporate websites, while relieving additional burden placed on harried IT departments.
