Quanta Services is a leading provider of specialized contracting services for the electric power, telecommunications, broadband and pipeline industries.

Bravo Zulu was enlisted for the project by Eva Archer Smith and Communications Plus.

Quanta needed a promotional CD to help reach key clients, support tradeshow marketing efforts and showcase their overall service matrix. They wanted something analogous to their print collateral in terms of content, as well as look and feel. But more than just a brochure on CD.

They needed a rich interactive tool that communicated the Quanta message to customers and operating personnel in an exciting way. They wanted it to support sales presentation and speaking engagements, as well as inform its current customers. Engaging functionality, content and navigation were imperative.

With one foot in the world of oil and gas marketing, and the other in premium interactive multimedia, we were an obvious choice for Quanta's marketing managers.

After official engagement, we began storyboarding the intro sequence and screen designs. The initial designs were given two separate rounds of creative revisions to ensure that the designs reflected the client’s needs. The screen designs were built as a series of templates, reflecting six distinctive designs. 

The disc features gripping animated intro using music, intuitive navigation, high-performance search functionality and an automatic update feature that kept its content up-to-date. We also designed the disc art.

While it’s too early to determine is the CD achieved every success metric set at the project’s inception, Quanta expects it to be an undeniable hit. It looks great, performs well and does a terrific job of selling Quanta.
