CreativeX is totally agnostic when it comes to process, allowing you to shape the Document Archive to suit your unique way of doing business. Documents may be stored and presented in Groups, which may be named anything you want and presneted in any order you want. Of course you can add, rename, resequence, or delete documents or whole groups of documents anytime you wish.

As with nearly all features in CreativeX, the Document Board can be turned off or on for each individual user. So you have total control over who can see what documentation and when they can see it.

Bravo Zulu can load the templates and forms that you use everyday into the Document Archive's handy sidebar. simply click on one of these links and a blank instnce of the selected form opens.
